Dema Glass 1923-2001

Dema Glass was the largest manufacture of machine pressed glass in the British Isles when it closed down in 2001 with the loss of a couple hundred jobs. It operated a glass factory on a 12.3 ha site in Chesterfield making glass tableware for the retail and bar industry.
