Chance Glass

Chance Glass 1824 – 1981

Lucas Chance formed Chance Glass in 1824 when he purchased the British Crown Glass Company. Chance Glass is particularly noted for their domestic pressed glass from the 1930’s up to 1953. They also made Slump Glass called fiestaware. The factory closed in 1981.
